Katherine Seal

Katherine Seal brings experience as a CARF surveyor for 26 years and a career as a licensed social worker to PHC.

She offers a collaborative approach to organizations to evaluate, develop practices, and take steps to make the necessary changes for a successful survey. With strengths in administration, program development, management and evaluation, Seal served as a Corporate Compliance Officer/Clinical Operations Coordinator and the Chief of Evaluation Services.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Work from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a MSW from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
