Vicki Richards

Vicki Richards is a talented and seasoned executive with over 25 years of  experience in business administration and entrepreneurship. She  has extensive experience leading operations, projects and staff with strengths in policy development, corporate compliance, licensing, governance, strategic planning, risk management, and performance measurement and management.

Vicki became involved in human services in 2005 as a volunteer rape companion and victim advocate which evolved to a full- time position as the Shelter Manager and Interim Executive Director for Randolph County Family Crisis Center.  In this role she increased organizational  funding by 70% in less than two years. She has since worked in residential services,  community support, out- patient service  and psychosocial rehabilitation, providing direct care, supervision and leadership.

In her most recent position, she served as the Director  of Country Club Day Activity,  responsible for overall organizational performance, clinical supervision, corporate compliance  and maintaining CARF accreditation.

Vicki  is currently an International Administrative Surveyor for CARF with vast experience in the Behavioral Health array of services and specializes in VA and Native American organizations.

Vicki graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1997 from Saint Leo University as a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society.
